Dr. Chunlin Liu is prof. and chair of Department of Business Administration Department. He is the principal investigator for several academic projects of the National Science Foundation of China. His research interests include emergency management, operations management, and supply chain management. He holds a Ph.D. in systems engineering from Southeast University, in Nanjing, China.
