Yinxing Hong

Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, Party Secretary of Nanjing University, Associate Director Commissioner of the Steering Committee for Theoretical Economics of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, Commissioner of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress, Member of the Teaching Evaluation Group for the Discipline of Economics of the Ministry of Education, Chairman of the Federation of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Jiangsu Province, Vice Chief Editor of the Economist, Vice Chair of the Chinese "Capital" Research Society, and Guest Professor of the School of Accounting and Business at Nanyang Technological University of Singapore for the academic year of 1995-1996. Professor Hong was awarded the titles of the Doctoral Degree Obtainer with Outstanding Achievement of China and the National Outstanding Middle-aged and Young Expert, obtained the national highest award in economics – Sun Yefang Economic Prize, the First Prize for Distinguished Achievement in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Jiangsu Province, the Second Prize of National Excellent Teaching Achievement Award, and has been enjoying the Special Subsidy from the State Council since 1992.
